Not respecting fresher and talking gossip about coworkers. Less salary. No recognition for good performance. Money minded HR. Team leads are not supportive. Team leads showing partiality between coworkers. No proper guidance for freshers. No team work. No opportunity given. Even office space is not hygiene. Too many rats and cockroaches in pantry. No work life balance. In worked in more than one project, but not given KT for any of them. Forced me to fill the timesheet with false information. Office laptop will not be given and if your laptop is slow, they will scold you instead of fixing the laptop. Too much mental stress. Very horrible place to work. All these dislikes are my genuine comments. I worked there for like 2+ years and maintained good relationship with all those toxic HR and team leads. Now I'm working in different organization and I really feel the difference and how toxic the work environment was in Resileo. Do not join this organization.

There is a small place for eating & no canteen inside... We have to go to some other floor for canteen which is somewhat expensive

It is startup company good for fresher.Learning is good,Some people do politics but overall it is good for fresher.Most of the employees are Instern.Every 3 months they hire Intern teach them.and make them work.Some time if they like any intern work they may hire but only 10% chance.But working learning is good only for fresher it is good.
