Flexible but extended work hours because of meetings with other teams. Hybrid work is for namesake, in reality you may need to come to office every day as there are dependencies. No new project, only existing projects bug fix and porting. No free lunch or breakfast, only snacks are free. Not following any due process in project development therefore you need to understand existing code base which is without documentation. Not suitable for people upto 5years, because most people here have 7+yrs and they don't like young people.

Since there is no meaningful work you get work life balance since there is basically nothing to do except fix bugs in a legacy product

Management has no clue, zero new products in last five years, highly political.

1. Managers are not understanding. 2. Micromanagement by managers. 3. Senior people dont teach anything to juniors. 4. Colleagues dont talk to each other.
