- 10% of your salary constitutes variable pay, which will be granted in full if your annual appraisal rating is 4 or above. For ratings of 3 and below, only 85% of the variable pay will be disbursed, with the remaining 15% forfeited. - Additionally, your employment is on a 5-year contract basis. If you manage to remain with organization for this duration, the extension of the subsequent 5-year contract will be contingent on your senior's satisfaction with your conduct. Managers are mostly busy spreading rumours Sr. PMs KRA is mostly being the informer for Senior Management No growth or learning, absolutely no growth. Everyone from top to down is a policy maker. Join if you want to spend good time with family or home.

REBIT is a subsidiary of a biggest institute that is RBI. And this is the only good thing about the organisation

Very poor management. The CEO is thoroughly confused and very dependent on others. He is like a headless chicken without the HR head and quite a few members from the HR. If you want to survive here then you just need to be obsequious or bootlicker. Terrible organisation. I just hope RBI conducts a thorough Personnel audit for this organisation. Much needed. Such a waste of time organisation.
