Everyone was treated like equals be it a senior partner or a fresher. The partners and seniors are really nice. They really value they're employees.

Dislikes

They don't tell you what the real job profile is before you join the company. They keep saying you'll come to know after you join. And that's because in the name of research they make you lie and cheat honest employees of different companies to give you information so that they can sell it to other rival companies. And I think all the positives I mentioned are true just so that they can keep employee turnover in control. So that people don't quit left right and center. While i was working there in a span of 3 months some 6-7 people quit their job. If you are okay with cheating and lying to get work done then it's the perfect job for you or else just run in the opposite direction.
