... songs, chill out within the workplace, not at all a professional environment. *Salary cycle is also tricky, be informed about that before you join. *The culture of the office is just hell. Initially it seems great to me. However, by time, I get to know about the discrimination that was going on there. The TLs and some senior employees are also involved in this, they will discriminate you based on your looks, race, gender, age, even the marital status. *The puppet employees are only surviving for more than 6/7 months. Other than that, everybody used to leave within a short time. That is the reason why their hiring process continues throughout the year.

This company's one member who are going to call you, can be so polite and innocent during the call. Because they are going to turn you a Muppet. My one advise is , don't be fooled by a friendly demeanor.

* They are gonna wasting your time and energy. * They are not authentic, misleading information and you. * Its not gonna worth at the end. As a human I can say that your time is much more important than anything, always do your research before trusting someone, be aware of overly polite and salespeople. And onething those people who are giving one star they have dealt with it already, so please judge wisely. My message to this type of company 💌: itna bhi c*utíyæppa mat karo bhai, bohot log umeed lekar behte hote hai..

Completely nothing... Worst and toxic workplace culture... They prefer nepotism.... Team manager is full on psychpath and behavioir of my team leader was extremely bad.. She terminates me intentionally at the time of 5 days training because she hired the person over me was her college junior... They are good friends and that's why she played politics with me.... Rubbish work culture....

My team leader Sristi Sharma was very supportive to me. 5 day work culture is very rare in this industry. Opportunity to earn more by writing extra word count is available for individuals who cleared their probation period.

Working environment was very toxic. CEO of the company sucks in every aspects. Too much nepotism and groupism within the company due to which normal individuals can not get promotions. For example, CEO's brother, sisters girlfriend and friends are TL while girlfriend of CEO's brother is also TL. It makes is impossible for any others senior writer to get promotions.

Worthless company ever... Most of the TLs are irritating but there is someone name starts with "S" and ends "A" is real life vamp... Rude, uncultured behaviour with snobbish attitude... CEO, HR, every freaking management person is horrible... The company is asking people to write content basically to write projects for foreign people... Freshers are treated very badly... There is not work ethics, no work life balance... People have been asked to work with fever... Very toxic... I will never recommend anyone to join this company... Stay away from these toxic places... You will get something nice and better...
