Work environment is quite satisfactory, As I am part of management so there is transperancy between board members and HR department. Infrastructure is good with assets provided to employees and and cleanlines is maintained including ventilation, Dispenser and hygiene. For interaction we conduct activites to encourage collaboration across different departments. Interns can anytime approach there team lead for problem solving and they are solved and considered well by team leads.

Dislikes

The thing which comes to my mind is that today is friday and I have to report tomorrow too. i.e, Saturdays are no off, So that is something which can be counted as a con.

There is no option working from home. If you take leave , your stipend will be Deducted. The environment is quit strict , and there is a high level of toxicity due to certain individuals even they call us anytime 24 hour for work.
