Reputation has a great company culture, work life balance and learning is more. It gives good salary to it's employees too. Happy to work here for the last 4 years.

Sometimes little bit hectic while meeting clients requirements in a very less time. But overall it's a good company.

You meet great and talented people there is something to learn and do everyday. Some managers are great. great leadership at top

Dislikes

salary is different for each individual at same level, some times salary is more to SE than SSE, frankly if you get to know about it, it is demotivating. Even now, you can see the salary range difference for the same role and same experience. No proper communication of your expectations, if met or not met, no proper feedback. You get bored after certain point of time, the work is not challenging once you get comfortable.

In the current leadership structure, senior leaders in the U.S. are hired, while they expect the team in India to listen to top management and execute orders. Over the past year, the new management has not delivered any tangible results. Although there is constant talk about new developments, they have failed to successfully bring any products to market. The product team seems disorganized, and no innovative ideas are emerging; they primarily focus on listening to customer feedback and working on solutions in a reactive manner. Culturally, they are hiring a lot of contractors and trying to complete tasks quickly.

The Indian leaders are really great, they connect with you as a human, help in all different ways possible. They literally make the employees feel valued.

Dislikes

two waves of layoffs have shaken the boat quite a bit. The organisation restructuring doesn't make any sense. Indian leaders should be notified about these changes well in advance to allow them to share their thoughts on the changes.

Work life culture sucks.People are not professional especially Dev leads They say ,they follow agile and scrum,but believe me they don't.Humiliating people No chance for a fresher to grow.Its not an IT Company.its a place where nobody is cooperative of each other and fight with each other like small kids fight in a. Play school
