Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? The company not ready to apoting new ideas and technolgies.they are not giving the salary and experience cerfiticates,pf,releaving order for employees.they continuing bad working atmosphere.it has no professionalism

the company dnt pay salary for employees properly.they dnt allow another benefits and experience certificates for employees.its dnt have any professionalism in their working place.there is no on job training for freshers..its a terrible place.
