Great learning experience, you will learn a lot by working in a team with great people. The work culture is nice. You will get an opportunity to grow your skills here. Goa is great as well.

Dislikes

...the season, as is the case in this industry. Burnout and fatigue is very common. The pay, benefits, leaves and compensations could be a lot lot better especially considering the work load.

- Very niche market, annual report design is quite interesting to get into - fun and supportive colleagues - good room for growth and promotions if you enjoy the hustle - strong growth of this company, and getting paid regularly on time

Dislikes

- extreme working hours, forget work life balance for at least 2/3rds of the year - expensive state to work in, as a bachelor (as you will barely get time to take care of personal chores) - merit based organization, if you don't deliver outside of core responsibilities you will struggle to grow
