Less salary and benefits, office politics, management doesn't address our concern or issue, problems, slow growth, more expectations from us but very much less salary hike.

I must say that when it's comes to give salary . They never disappoint employee . Salary get credited in account on 30th or 31st .

Every year when it come to give increment to employee . Company goes in loss 😂😂😂😂. Employee who keep good relation with top management or managers gets promotion and good increment. Every day there will be a hangout meetings, meeting in office, webinar and many more other things . And at the month end they will ask why sales ,collection Target is not achieved 😂😂

...ur work like. Politic is every where but if u deliver ur best there is a growth. The company provides good facilities with regards to medical poilicies, leave policy, bonus and many more.

There is little of work pressure with regards to sales and marketing

Iis a secure job. And every facility are there like medical insurance,vehical expenseces separately, very good leave policy(55 leave yearly). Work pressure not there.

Only one thing I dont like that is salary increament & Growth is not good.

The internal branch management was that to give lots of work to those who does.And because of it op only one gets suffer.
