Very poor company culture, very poor HR Team, Very poor understanding between employee and boss. Zero understanding of problem. Very Bad customer Handling, Worst ever organization those who don't care about own clients,employees. Their are few people in the system, whom everyone should blacklist them in corporate sector.

I had joined in 2011 and when I joined in Visakhapatnam, we do have a minimal contracts with less resources and took a challenge and developed our zone to such an extent, where competitors couldn't get through. This was done with support of teammates and management. Learnt alot with periodical exercises and trainings, and made us number ONE. But when integrated with PCI thought we could get through our company to such a position where each and every employee is benefited. Fortunately myself and team is unhappy with integration and myself left organisation in JUNE 2018. Finally RENTOKIL is a wonderful reputed company with great resources and suggest not to hesitate to join. Happy to be part of RENTOKIL. Thank You.

Nothing after JV with PCI.

Dislikes

Rentokil initial in own was a good company but after JV with PCI growth has become very slow. Work pressure is very high. I have to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls or visit client site in the evening & some time late into the night. No family life.
