Working is honest good work culture for company policies are good appraisals are good salary hike and bonus every year

The company management doesn't address that salary but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year you not resing the job training is not new joinees

Rentmystay provides an excellent for career growth and developmet. the working culture at rentmystay is good, employees are encouraged to share ideas and collaborate team work. rentmystay is very approachable and supportive.

the company could improve it's diversity and inclusion initiatives by actively recruiting and promoting individuals from diverse backround

Useless company, the CEO only cares about money, No work life balance, useless teamleads. They are deciting people. During my work there i observed a couple of people using there shady tactics to change the data of the customer data and with the help you technical team. If reported the CEO doesn't care people who are working there for more than few years a really shady and are greedy i leant alot from this experience how to recognise shady people and how to avoid then. Over all read this review if you wanna be saved. Cause your hardwork will not be recognised if you are a shady person you will survive.
