Nothing to like, this is a Hell.

Dislikes

Everything, They ask you to come office for a 12 hour shift and won't even pay OT. HR will lie directly to your face during interview and when you ask them later on, they will say they never said it. If you take a leave, you should inform your manager, when you will wakeup, what you will do, where you are going, with who, when return, when you will sleep. If you sign the bond here, your life is ruined for 2 years. Trust me, turn back and run, do not join here, I REPEAT!!! DO NOT JOIN!!!!

Nothing they just told me to leave the company without prior notice. Manager behaviour is horrible. Worst company ever

Everything. They are terminating employees without notice. Only politics. If you don't like something you cant tell them on their face, They will do politics and terminate you.

Lot of learning. Got to work with latest tools in the market.

Appraisals are not fully transparent and there is a clear hierarchy mismatch between India and US offices which leads to confusion on when and how you’ll get promoted.

Likes

As it's a startup company, there is a huge opportunity to learn about new technologies, etc. In this company there are many things we can learn like back-end, front-end, mobile apps development, smart home (IOT), etc.

Dislikes

There is not negative points I found working at Rently. But, one thing I would like to mention, there is very less holidays in here as compared to other companies.
