Worst recruitment process.

Dislikes

They call the candidate, waste their whole day with many rounds, tells next day that profile is good to go forward and after seeing the salary slips, puts the profile on hold. They call the candidate knowing the salary expectations and experience and then because of less budget, tells the profile is on hold and you can look for other opportunities. Worst recruitment process and time wastage of the candidate. They fools the candidates

Environment is Very good But Sales Head is very very bad and political person who always listen something from one and out in others ears

Sales Head he such a Free person that always moving here and there just for gossips

I am enjoying & learning new things professionally with my coworkers. There is a friendly environment & I am motivated to go to work everyday. There is Professionally Growth Chances, if you have the caliber & believe in taking initiatives then no one can stop you. Same thing allowed me to keep moving forward with my work & proved to management that nothing could stop me from completing the objectives on time.

Dislikes

I enjoy my current position, but one area my present employer could improve is employee rentetion. We've had high turnover & I can feel the whole team's mood dip when we receive an email that yet another person has left. Otherwise, it's a great office environment & I have learned & enjoyed lot of projects and work.

There is no job security, if ceo does not like you then he will put you in such a work pressure that you have to leave your job yourself. Work culture is so messed up everyone is busy in setting up political traps for each other. There is no management ,no hirerchy ,everyone have to report to ceo only and managers do not have any power withthem. There is no company policy ,if ceo has decided to do anything then no matter what the policy ,that will be done.

No work culture, just mental harrasment
