Everyone praises work life balance here. But that is not true for every team.

Salary and promotions are far below than the mark. They're constantly offering 5.5 LPA for freshers since the last 4 years. You get 40k a month. Canteen charges and transportation charges will be forced on you even if you don't use them, and even if the canteen food is un-eatable and transportation services useless for you.

Likes

Good exposure for freshers and people with less than 5-7 years of experience as a lot of time and opportunities given to learn and progress. Some projects are very exciting but you may not get a chance to work on those.

Dislikes

Micro management in some teams is a huge challenge. Very limited number of technology and so difficult to get variety.

The atitude of the company employes towards the contract employers is very bad they asks to do over time and no extra payment they talk as they wish if u don't listen to them; is the reason why I am leaving job in stores I have been working for 1 year today is my last day.

Company is good but the employes are having attitude they expect to work overtime and talks in a baseless manner
