It is a very good company that welcomes freshers and give them a proper training and time to develop their skills. The seniors are very good and well behaved and a friendly person.

Dislikes

Although this is not a dislike but it offers a low salary and some of the employee are not good and they believe that they are superior to others but it's only their thoughts.

RenewSys company is amazing,I'm really thankful for to getting this opportunity to work here.While i working in your company I received great facility and it's a really good experience of mine. I also feel comfortable to work and friendly with all other employees which helps me to work more by providing more effort. I also love to give my best service for your company.All employees' behave like our own family members so I've never faced any problem while working,Once again thanks for this opportunity.

in this company doesn't value the employees who works under contractors. Till now I have no increment in my salary. Even after working near 5 years there is no on roll. Even if it is new or old employee, all of us are getting the same amount of salary. As I'm an old employee I've observed that there's no special comfortability for experienced employees.

on the whole , good cooperating team work , encourages if any work help is needed, working environment is good, training is also good at my job work

... respect ladies in our office and me specially , so now presently no problem. Is going on happily , calm and smoothly but salary hike will not be there for us.

Nothing to like… Compliance level is only around 40%. No one knows how to run manufacturing set up. No focus on system , SOP, Safety.. All focus only on making money

No any freedom to take any decision No any support Only hire and fire culture Requesting , Before Joining check from your source otherwise you will be in serious trouble..

Management team is making commission from Engineer, casual & employees increments, canteen, from machinary items in all way. Ladies are not safe in this company whether she is a office staff or working in production areas. They are promoted after by compromising themselves.
