Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I'm working at Renew Photovoltaic pvt ltd from 1 yrs...and I feel very nice here... specially it's very good safe and comfort industry for girls...and management is overall very good...some issues are there... hopefully it also resolve coming days of years.... I think it's Renew Photovoltaic pvt ltd is the first solar industry which is helping women to move forward and make career bright in solar energy.....That's all my words., thank you 🙏

There are some i see here...like if we're on leave...like 10 to 15 days off from our job and we stay in our home at that time management hold the salary of employee...and blocked their punch...so these are some issues im facing here... hopefully it can resolve by management... Thanks you 🙏
