...nding reasons . Overall rating from employees experience is the lowest . Working conditions including SALARY structure ( very outdated) cannot be compared with any other semiconductor product based companies . Employees do not have confidence in this company & do not feel proud to work for them.

CEO has a good idea/plan of how company can grow but that's it! Rest of the team is not at all in sync in terms of strategy and implementation. It's a total mess!!

No job security! You'll get fired at any time. No sense of calling this as a Japanese company; it's a heartless, valueless company and HR team is biggest fluke of all. No support in terms of what value you get after putting hard work and skills. Big NOOOO!
