It’s very difficult to summarize overall experience with the company because they are always helping out. It’s been over 6+ years that I have been working with this organization and it has never let me down on my expectations. Management is very good and they make things work based on the needs of the employees and not employer. Always looking out their employees if they are comfortable or if something they need. Carrier growth is superb because I myself have got a lot of exposure and opportunities to test my own skills. Not sure how someone can say there isn’t one. I guess every organization wants to see their employe grow with time and it takes sometime. People don’t have enough patience or maybe don’t want to give time and expect when it’s always given and take in career. To summaries my experience with the organization it has been terrific and challenging to go beyond what one think of themselves. And the best part it’s there in-house product so there is always chance of growth and learning. HR, CEO managers they all want to listen to you and work things out. Thank you Renesan for all the opportunities and growth till and I am looking forward for more and more. Cheers!! 👍

First they did not give any training. Second without giving training they will treat you like do this do that and when you ask them they ask you what were you doing all this time you didn't know that and all. Work they want you to work on all domain except for which you applied for and which is mentioned in your appointment letter.
