... ruin my career with worst project.. I never suggest anyone to this company. They are cheating my variable pay, hike is also like service based company, please dont come to company for product organization.. Trust me.. 2 years before I have joined, I'm very happy that time, but now I'm feel angry on me for choosing this company.

RNTBCI has excellent work life balance, good transportation You will get chance to work in many variety of projects local or global support You will have excellent learning especially if you are fresher

Salary is not Upto market standards, in fact it has lower salary than most tier I suppliers There is group of old timer managers who are just incompetent and they show partiality Upper management has no clarity on the direction of the company, mission & vision statement of company changes for every year

Perks 1. Status among neighbour, friends and relations 2. Nature is R&D with is good. Participating in vehicle developement in large, significant and important scale 3. Great learning curve technically and in managing project Pandemic handling 1. Eventhough delayed, provided WFH option for most of the employees 2. Zero layoffs for payroll employees (as per my knowledge)

...have heard people say that it's difficult to have girlfriend who works in CAE 4. Introduced variable pay from this year further reducing rahe home salary and that too annual payment of variant component 5. Management only takes care of DM and above employees below that pay grade is poor Pandemic handling 1. Provided WFH option only after 3 months in to lockdown (other companies were able to procure laptop in short period of time. Also not providing remote access to personal computer. Other automobiles sectors have given. Even secured Aero companies have provided access to personal laptop). Only after some cases were found in office premises they were working on full fledged WFH. 2. Seating arrangement were not updated post pandemic. Before and after 4/5 employees per single row. 3. Asking employees who were struck in hometown during pandemic to work all Saturdays until end of fiscal year. Please remember those extra time these people were working without any extra pay.

The work culture is good. Mostly flexible within limits. Currently the company is on hybrid working mode which offers work from home and office in rotation. The leave policies are too good. A week long holidays every year end gives us the bragging rights over your family & friends taking personal leaves to enjoy Christmas & New Year.

Dislikes

...s on a downward spiral right from the policy making down to the employee care. Salary increment for the past 2 years is modest owing to the uncertainty brought by the pandemic and global market scenario. However the HR department is so unfair with it's salary revisions. You'd be lucky if you're a G.E.T. Without meaningful projects and over relying on remote engineering, I'm afraid soon the company might turn into a service provider rather than being a technical center of an OEM.
