No work life balance. They don't live up to.their words. Poor management. Poor culture. Yes man can survive. People who are old employees are valued. New employees will go through every 15 days. Poor HR polices, not at all employee friendly. HR team is so arrogant. They behave like directors. Your ideas will never be welcomed. High pressure of getting closures and numbers failing which you will be lashed out at. Family.run business. You will be hired based on your looks.

Least interested for development on ground. High attrition rate. Hiring candidates is an ongoing process. there are many more...... Not worth even "One star"

A good balanced startup with ample space for learning and multi-tasking. Being a hybrid online cum offline company, it has it's own brand recognition and value proposition helping you work with clients ranging form UN org to top companies, CSR foundations and impact investors.

Nothing much, Sometimes it's tiring to handle too many clients.
