I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Only good thing is the Salary on time

Dislikes

Top management provided top position to their native only..if you want to work for money only then this is okay...The person at top position (direktor, project head, senior Operation manager, Etc)here has zero knowledge about waste water treatment and science they are present only because of their relatives at the top management...Remondis Germany is very good company but Indian top management is the poorest. Their ratings are minus infinite...If you have good knowledge then don't share it with them because Indian top management will use this to gain their salary only... If Remondis kept some Technical and knowledgeable person then it could be the top company in India... You may think then how they are getting project if they don't have knowledgeable person at management.. They are getting because they are doing everything by external vendor from design to execution...

I was Working at Ranjangaon Site Maharashtra as Engineer. Salary is definitely better as compared to Peers. specially in Water treatment industry. You get satisfaction of working at World one of the best water treatment company (top 50). You have to work 8 hrs a day not a min extra. Company at least Listen to employees problems.

I don't have many complaints from Remondis but just take care of Employees who are on Site.but the Client Givaudan India Pvt Ltd is Terrible. I've never seen a company like this in my entire life. 1. Security of the company treats worst to Contractual people. 2. Contractual employees are not allowed to enter into canteen. If you mistakenly enter they will treat you like you are a terorist. 3. Worst client I've ever seen... 4. They don't follow environmental norms they literally Drain all the effluent in environment without treatment....

The segregation of work should be more proper as other departments work also was given to CS which was not at all related to the profile (Purchase Department) as there was no specific person appointed.
