To be completely honest, I cannot list any real pros from my experience. The promises made during the hiring process were empty, and the work environment was demotivating and unrewarding. There was no significant learning or growth opportunity that I can confidently say was positive.

...was just an empty promise to get me to join the Company. And yes. It's a Trap!!! No Hike or Benefits: Over my entire tenure, I did not receive a single salary hike, bonus, or employee benefit, despite consistently achieving 4/5 rating in every quarterly reviews. As a senior developer, I worked hard, and delivered results, yet the management showed no appreciation or recognition. It felt like they were taking advantage of my skills without offering any tangible rewards. Such treatment is completely unacceptable, especially in a competitive job market like India, where companies are expected to offer fair compensation. Sudden Termination: After working diligently for over a year, I was suddenly terminated without any prior warning or explanation. One day, all my system access were revoked, and I was told that I was accused of moonlighting- without any evidence or prior discussion. This came as a shock because I had no idea that there were any concerns regarding my work. Not only was I dismissed without cause, but the management also failed to provide a clear or fair reason for the decision. The lack of communication and professionalism was staggering. No Transparency: Whether it was about relocation promise, career growth, or even the moonlighting allegations, there was never any transparency. Whenever I tried to reach out for clarity, my concerns were either ignored or met with vague response. Above all, they are thinking Indian employees are cheap and always strive for money.

I feel overwhelmed for working with an organization like RemitBee The new policies are helpful and additional flexibility for women employee is welcomed I have been with the organization for the last 2 years and things have changed more positively in the last year. I appreciate the efforts put by the management to bring-in the better work environment. Thanks for removing people who created a toxic work environment and I see most of the less rated fake reviews should be theirs.

Remitbee is transitioned from my startup to a matured company. I have given responsibility to identify various technological advancement that can be brought to the platform. So far it's going good. Main stakeholders are showing interest in my work which keep me motivated. Fast growing can many and it has large customer base in Canada to support its growth.

Working with overseas team in different timezone is bit of problem.

Lack of Support for Maternity Leave and Toxic Work Environment I worked at this company and my experience was deeply disappointing. After 8 months, I applied for maternity leave. Almost immediately, I was put on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) without any valid reason, clearly a tactic to avoid paying for maternity leave by pushing me out. Despite this, I completed the PIP and was forced to work during my maternity leave. I was only granted 2 months of leave, after which I was made to work 4 hours a day during the rest of my maternity leave, which was extremely difficult for me. When I returned to work full-time, the situation worsened. I was harassed by a colleague, and when I reported this to management, instead of helping, they turned against me. The situation escalated to the point where they decided to terminate my employment. Shockingly, my colleagues who supported me by standing against this toxic behaviour were also fired one by one, with the organization citing trivial reasons. This company blatantly disregards employee rights, especially when it comes to maternity leave, to avoid paying what is owed. The work environment is toxic, and management is unsupportive and hostile. I would not recommend working here.
