Nothing. Not a company to invest your time in, only if one can develope accept undermining behaviour can survive. I would never recommand joining this place.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but working environment is very bad. No support system has ever been developed. Company doesn't have an Human Resource Manager. No job training gets provided either. The work pressure is immense, and extra input goes unnoticed. Leaves never gets granted even in case of bad health. And behaviour of the superiors is voilent to the term of developing depression and other mental health issues.

Good organization to gain experience in a variety of things. If one gets an opportunity he/she should join. It's 5 days working with flexible timings of 8:30 hrs. And good amount of annual/sick/Casual leaves. Yearly appraisals/bonus is there.

They give stupid reason to remove their employees. They don't even ask the actual reason. Partners only trust their attorney. As a secretary you are not promoted till you complete 7 years with the organisation. Lots of politics

Dislikes

Attorneys don't help their secretary to complete their job. Specially new joiners. Terrible environment to work. They don't even care what your shift timings are.. it is possible that you will be working for 10 or 11 hours although shift timings are only 8 hours. There is no value for you if you are secretary.

I most amazing thing is the work timing ...its good ...i mean a proper 9-5 job. You get time to do a lot of things in the evening. Also, the office location is perfect.

Dislikes

For a law student- the best options and career For a secretary- no growth at all even if you become a paralegal or trademarks agent you do the same work for the rest of your life. That the bestest down side.
