Elsevier is a good pay master with rich employee friendly culture. Policies and benefits are great and company makes sure that you have work life balance.

Learning opportunity is limited, due to captive environment and limited level of hierarchy, vertical growth is restricted but it depends on your satisfaction level, I personally don't see it as a disadvantage.

Work life balance is the best I had in my 15 years of career. Work culture is such that no one would yell or use any harsh words at you even if you are at fault They are striving to be best in ensure Diversity and inclusion.
