I like the way company preferred freshers over experienced & invest on their trainings. I also started my career with the company as an Intern then promoted to Full-Time Employee after 6-months. Company gave me opportunity to work directly with the client in the 4th month of my training. The work culture is good and management & HR take care of the issues & the happiness of everyone. Company takes anonymous feedbacks as well which help employees to share their concerns openly
