While working with RFL I liked its environment, incentive structure, pay scale, teammates. Overall Religare is very healthiest company for work.

The superior which I was reporting was the most part which I dislike. He is the reason for me to left the company.

In 2 and half years of working experience in this organisation I have given my utmost support, hard work, extra hours work, passion to complete the work without making delay with zero audit queries but in my entire time of 2 and half year they have increased only Rs.200/- in my appraisal which is very pathetic. And I never forgot that reporting boss Mr. Vamshikrishna A, who is now working for HDFC Bank as a CM for unsecured Business Loans.

pathetic politics of local Telugu guys inside the organization and given only a salary hike of Rs.200/-.in entire 2 and half years of my work.

It was good to be a part of Religare since 2008 to till date. Working environment and work culture is very good, further friendly relations with each other including higher management

Dislikes

Company under RBI CAP & not doing business since 2018, so there is no challenge faced & unable to grow. Further due RBI capping risk of job safety as well

All staff very nice and supportive each one and religare work experiance so nice not company it's like our big home . Find satisfaction ,respect and growth.in future if give opportunity for work I will do work happly once again.

Not good Behavior for reporting manager for the name of Himanshu Modi (ZOH) he is totally politics game for junior employees example for me i have handled 3 branch for surat, baroda and vapi but he was resignation for religare finvest
