I thing at all there is nuthing good to talk about the company. The people are so biased and Vinod Juneja who is heading the customer service Operations is a pathetic boss and human being

The customer service head has no vision and absolutely biased in dealing with people and process issues and decisions. He was only concentrating towards one female and did not care about the test of the people in the team

Only some groups of bihar people are spoiling the company culture. They are recruiting only who are belongs from Bihar.

Dislikes

Always recommend for Religare. But some people are always prefer people from Bihar are only eligible to do work.
