...es too much variance between a employees of same Band structure, or designation. I mean a CM of lowest package might be of 7 lk/anum and highest package might be of 28 lk/anum. This creates demotivation.

After pramotion also salary correction will not get changed. Till 1 year minimum. No proper response from concerned teams it's very bad 😔 After that also you will not get fixated compensation benefits

Good working environment and culture. Very supportive staff and management There is job security, even in this pandemic condition job is secured. Companies policies and benefits are also good.

Growth rate is slow and have a long process. Salary hike is less.
