Working at reliance textile industries is the best experience I learn a lot from here we'll experience employees #in the covid 19 situation reliance is the only one industrie who is really care for there workers here in reliance industries 1st they check covid test if it's negative then they arrange living facilities for employees for 7 days after again 2 nd test of covid 19 done by management if it's negative then employees work in industrie so reliance obey there aim employees safety first stay safe be happy ☺️

I dislike about industries is tht comparison between contract worker and company employees contract workers also do job here whoes highly qualified as such employees bt here some issue of facilities and payment between cotract employees and reliance employees whose doing same job as such reliance employees did

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
