Yaha salary staff ki increase nahi hoti yaha aur yaha ke reliance retail ke jo employees hai Jo ki manager hai unhe kisi chiz ka pata nahi hai pramotion kabhi nahi hota pramotion ke naam par 1 exam dilate hai ussme bhi unki expectations ittni hai rahti hai English Mai baat Karo Hindi nahi sunge 1 CSA lavel ka employee jo mehnat se aage aaya hai uski koi values nahi hai aur saath mai bhar se aate hai usnki salary 20 se 25 rahti hai aur aur Jo 12 saal se kaam kar raha hai 100% de raha hai company Mai uski salary 10000 hi hai

Job security, work life balance and learning path only if you are keen to learn things using internet otherwise managers give you task and you end up finding solutions for yourself.

... your yearly increment with promotion raise so that you get only 6 percent only. Salary increment is too low and it is 7 percent in fixed and 7 percent in bonus if you get A* grade which is given to 1 person in a team. 5 percent in fixed for A+ and 3 percent for A where 90 percent people remains. Also developer will get a low configuration laptop sometimes where they will struggle doing the code bcoz of low configuration. Try fighting for laptop if you are a coder.

...will loss your entire carrear. They will torture you the way you never expected. Also if you work then also they will mark you absent and salary also you won't get. Leads you won't get from any where you have to hunt. If you sell one product then for installation you have to pay money to installation people.

Lots of things learn. Well trained by trainer. Great team working. Salary timely coming. Health insurance (money deducted from salary) provided.

Huge working load and pressure but salary is not competitive. After my 3 years working one new DRS coming with much more salary from me even he was a new learner. A great c....of our management who are totally blind, they couldn't seen who working or not working. A great appraisal and increment happened with politics basic . Salute our great c... HR and Management for my life immotional harassment so i leave the Job.

I am working last five years but no salary groth here and every year medical policy changes due to very costly as per compare to overall india medical policy not benficial ,rating is not going on as per work , I am very frustrated because in five year honestly working but salary is very low compare to other and after five year compleated but salary in hand below 30 thousands and no any single promotion.
