You won't have to worry about salary. Growth is upon your work and little bonding with your reporting manager. Apart from different industries i have seen, you won't have to work long hours regularly but sometimes. Overall it's good to join. HR management team is a bit slow and irritating. I only have problem with the company they are not cooperation with me regarding my transfer to home town.

Slow management's approvals and decisions. Can't get 10 days leave just to go home even after 8 months and no transfer.

Day to day responsibilities,activities done in the stores, decent salary, good customer interactions, new knowledge,etc

Dislikes

Behavior of Management (HR divya michael) every bad Behavior, playing politics in workspace, they divide their to other’s and simple enjoy the tea and hotel stays..later they claim the fake bills and earns money...cluster Manager Jacob.. they do other side business along with this job...also the Management treats working womens in different way...not at all satisfied with the team

No vision of management. Variable pay is not paid on time and payout % keeps on decreasing every year and during appraisal, increment is added only in variable pay, fixed ctc is increased by only 2% - 3%. No organic growth in this company Work satisfaction is also 0, everybody is extremely passive, no new proposals are accepted, its just about making 5 decks every week that nobody even bothers to open

Work for Reliance Consumer Products, high quality products. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Confused management, new products are launched every month, but we are facing stock availability issue, illogical target growth month on month where stock not available, higher management ignore these issues. Totally frustrated! Strictly 3 months notice period!

During my tenure the salary incriment was not good, I spend 14 years but salary increased only 40% from my starting salary. After qualifying job promotion test, Company did not provide any position oportunity.
