Dislikes

Pay structure is not standardized as per market. Job role distribution is adequate. Roles and responsibilities is non proportional to the pay structure. Top management employees have extremely high pay but the medium and lower grade employees are under paid.

Likes

Actually no support. Don't like working here any more but market options are few.

Dislikes

Even though the power sector has not suffered anything in the Covid 19, salary deduction has taken place for employees above 10 lakhs package. Quarantine period is being deducted from personal leaves and isn't provided by the company.

Likes

1. Salary is good. 2. Great exposure for a fresher. 3. Comfortable travel and stay is provided. 4. Good accommodation for bachelors. 5. Recreational facilities are provided. 6. A number of training schedules are provided to an employee in a year. 7. Get together and parties are arranged by the management in order to celebrate milestone activities. 8. Sports and extra curricular activities are given importance.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is pathetic. Six days a week is normally followed. 2. Have to work for 12-24 hrs continuously during commissioning and shutdown maintenance. 3. A lot is expected from new comers/ laterals and a heavy work load is given. 4. Canteen food is pathetic.

...crement in between 8-10-12% of your CTC. C-OFF policy for doing work on holiday. Night duty compensation.

Dislikes

PLI policy is not desirable. PLI is calculated for FY, but you will get it approx 6 month later. If you leave organisation before declaration of PLI, you will not be eligible for this, though you serve more than a Year.

1- Township is good. 2- Plant location is good

Dislikes

1- Salary of JEC cader is very very poor. 2- 16% of your CTC is get deducted as PLI and return after minimum 18 months later. No one get 100% PLI as mentioned in CTC. Maximum 80-90% is given back to employ.
