Good work life balance due to Saturday and Sunday is off,Amc focus on employees learning. Superior is helpful to subordinate like family.

Major drawback is 3party pay role and less chance for employees to get on role due to offroll salary package is less.

Very proud of Nippon Life Asset Management Limited and to be a part of its workforce. A structured organization but boundaries eased out to address any work, health concerns. An organisation that's "into" you and upholds its workforce as a fabric of its existence. IJPs, webinars on mental health, mentoring programmes, management training programmes it's like they have a basketful. Overall it is a great place to work. Being employee centric is its greatest USP. May its tribe increase.

This question really got me thinking :) what can you dislike about an organisation that values you, your family, your growth, your happiness. The list is endless. I consider it a blessing to be working with NLIAM.

First of all, I would like to thank to the company for giving me this opportunity to build my bright carrier in it. I am very happy for being in this company as it uplifts my skill and help maintain good work life balance in my life. The environment is really progressive and encouraging in the office. I have learnt a lot and certainly will learn new things in the future and help contribute to the company to my best.

Dislikes

There is not much dislikes but their can be some improvement in communication methods with customers. for example a separate mobile phone or telephone should be installed in the office.
