Major drawback is 3party pay role and less chance for employees to get on role due to offroll salary package is less.

1) Managers like to burden you with their work. 2) Managers like to backbite about you from other employees. 3) If you take a leave then you will be seen as a liar. 4) Managers like buttering all the time and if you don't dont do it then you will be treated like shit. 5) Threat of getting fired. 6) Planning and plotting happens behind your back on how to irritate the employees.
