Dislikes

They hire on some other roll which is shell company of Reliance and the feeling of working under Reliance will never come. They do it to restrict employees on getting accommodation but then this is not a fair treatment for all employees.

HR queries are not entertained easily. Slow approval system. No township for this new business, cause more than 2hr travel time from city.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
