Many more ! Management are working without GOAL, VISION & CLARITY....Where they need to go they don't know! Job security is very pathetic in Retail, if you are master in LICKING or BUTTERING then you will be safe. I strongly recommend 'DON'T JOIN RELIANCE RETAIL to spoil your career.

I'm very happy to work with the company. all colleagues are very helpful and friendly they take very care each other in branch.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14- 16 hours straight in a day as I have attended client call's in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

I would request females not to join this co especially operations department, you will be mentally tortured humiliated everyday .. inspite being a manager you will be treated as an off role employee.employees who have the art of buttering can survive for long .

Excellent Company.Good work life balance.Best thing is the company culture where all employees are valued,there is no internal politics.Managers are cooperative and transparent. Overall I can say it is the best place to work.
