Planned well for Upcoming Properties and trying to completed on time. To operate all mandatory compliance with all requirements to maintained all future uncertainty.

Dislikes

To complete all tasks wasn't easy to achieve on Time. Manage to mandatory arrangements are even more difficult at Time of Submission or Inspection (Due to non-availability of mandate Documents).

I liked the culture of respect and collaboration that exists in the company. Everyone is encouraged to voice their opinions and ideas, regardless of their title or position.

I dislike the lack of communication and transparency from management.

All Covid 19 Rules are strictly following by the Reliance, Work from Home is applied since last 3 months for 85% of the employees, in case physical presence if necessary in that case Reliance is taking best care like sensitization, Mask, keeping proper distance at work place, lift, cafeteria and conman spaces and in washrooms, awareness is always informed by the Organization in best way

He Sold the company to pay his debts with out thinking any thing of his employees. We were working day and also on nights when needed without increment for years. And when he sold the company we were left on roads. Today he is suffering. Karma is paid back.
