... person in the team. Supporting department have more value than core department. 20% of salary goes in health insurance and that's compulsory even if you personal policy which cost around 50000 rs. You will feel going in dark edges again as no knowledge improvement.

...t providing man powers. Canteen is not free, costly, not that much good quality. In hand salary is very low as per industry level, more cutting other than any pharma industries. This is reason why more people are leaving and recently buyouts policy also removed from HR policy. Company focused on investment on infrastructure.

Being a fresher ull get a good exposure to different technical knowledge. Ull learn everything that a 10 yrs experienced person will do. Job security is good. Good for married women to work. Strict rules for women security.
