The payment of PLI comping at of salary ,though it is part of ctc but if you are not in organization at the time of disbursement of PLI ,you are not eligible to get this payment. And at senior level it is 25% of salary.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I am continuing service 12+ years no delay in salary or compensation and very much flexible management.

Nothing to like, no job security, no working culture, no management, no company policies.

There is no proper planning in work, there is no salary hikes, no work progress at sites, Reliance infrastructure is not suitable for construction field.

Seniors are very good and helpful.Working environment is very cordial

Carrier growth and increments are not up to market standards.part of salary (20%) is blocked as incentive which is usually paid nearly 60%after appraisals.so effectively there is hardly any increment .Work life balance is not so good secially if you are bit senior.
