Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom. Salary pay scale for the petroleum engineer is down to the other company in same business. Timing of job is 9 to 6:30 but job responsibilities keep the person engaged 24 by 7 and hampered the personal life. With time responsibility will increase but not get promotion accordingly.
