Company gave appraisal in oct and for highest rating which is A* appraisal was 9% only. So ask more and more hike on joining itself and do not expect more hike after.

Been one and a half year and I must say the work culture is great. Compensation is adequate and the seniors and colleagues are very supportive. Work satisfaction is high because one gets to learn new things continuously. In the covid times all employees have been supported not just financially but moral support and medical support has been extended which is the need of the hour. Totally satisfied.

Company policy is good. Good mediclam health policy. Job security is good.

Promotion is very less. Salary is less than market. Skill and technical skills improvement is less. Company use mostly in house tools.

Work without wasting time and get home on time. If you are a workaholic person. Follow up is off the chart for work completion and that helps for work life balance .

Dislike is a strong word , but salary and promotion structure is a bit lower than other corporate.
