Work ethics, no promotion, no RnR, completely sales oriented company with baseless target. Work everyday, no Saturday Sunday off, even work on leave, always pick up your call. All senior people running the show and they don't quit or resolve the problem. Just jeopardize

Here working as Agency staff is like curse. No growth, no any leave no medical benifit no job security here. Never work here as Agency staff.

Team mates were cooperative, variety of training programs, absolute job security, career growth poor, salary was good, politics not much work environment was comfortable, only technical people enjoyed innovations in the organisation. Overall there was balanced work life - regular salary and perks but stagnation.

Management members are always encouraging as well as helping to learn new work task which could help for a better carrier

The bonus is a part of CTC net pay, but while releasing bonus to employee the bonus amount is getting deduct based on R1 and R2 yearly rating.
