There is a lot politics and management doesnt address our issues. Salary is decent but never on the time. There is no career growth opportunity. Seniors are always tries there best to pull the legs and demotivate new joinees.

Work without wasting time and get home on time. If you are a workaholic person. Follow up is off the chart for work completion and that helps for work life balance .
