Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom. Can I switch Devops or Cloud domain without working experience? if yes then how to start and approach the interviewer. Pls support 🙏

To much salary deductions Partiality in performance rating No support form peers to grow -- For my department Transportation charges and uniforms charges also paid by employees Both people get same salary - hardworking and not hardworking job satisfaction level low to much politics in low level Hard to get promoted.

Salary structure is the main issue to employees where deductions for everything , nothing is subsidizes for employees. Note : remarks are applicable only hazira. Policies and benefits schemes are variable for other locations at Reliance.

... is one of the best . Growth is terrible if want to grow in the field you like . I have seen many people stuck to their grade with maximum salary in their grade and no salary increment , neither promotion .

Dislikes

... holiday for that overtime . Ps you will not be able to use that much holiday. And you will be paid half of your basic salary for that amount of work. Many leaves will lapse at the end of year . It’s common here and people have made their peace with this loss . They were previously giving free education to children but now they have stopped . Also No after retirement policy . So before you retire earn enough otherwise you know what will happen .
