It is good experience which I got from reliance team and I was in meg-asu plant in j3 so very good environment in this plant and in future if I will get Chance to join again than definitely I'm ready to join reliance...

The bonus is a part of CTC net pay, but while releasing bonus to employee the bonus amount is getting deduct based on R1 and R2 yearly rating.
