...h working as a Medical Staff, which is considered as an Essential and Emergency Service we are not on pay roll of company and getting NO or sometimes very less amount of increment

Company salary structure in term of grade wise.I mean to say if you are in same grade and same job role but pay band level are differ in person to person. Company salary structure to be reviewed in term of grade wise

Reliance is a good platform to everyone to come at front and become a lead and except it’s all employees to grasp/knowledge in all aspects related to job and social security.

1.Average pay master and very low increments. 2.Not much concerned with employee/family welfare.
