I have done shift rotation duties for 08hours. Working culture in reliance industry as per the shift timings are very good. Management is also co-operative to each other. As per the security policies are also good.

Salary is also good and career growth is fast. Job training is also given to new joinees.

Past 10 years I am working in Reliance as Area Loss Prevention officer. New persons are recruited with double my salary. This is very fair.

My age doesn't permit for other job. New comers are paid high. My 10 year working experience is waste.

Reliance is a good company . It has great name into the oil and refining market. Everything is world class.

Leadership of the company is not good. They never pay their attention towards the ground force .

Learning & working scope is really good. Beginning as a carreer is really best.

The motivational part is always missing to work. Work transparency is not there . Compensation part for employees is really poor. Work satisfaction will always missing in reliance.
