Yes definitely, They will appreciate every one staff very quite and discipline we got more training our customers service, and they found more activities on every Saturday and they support management. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good thing about Reliance is, if you are working at lower level likes sales or fashion consultant , timely salary credit, almost fixed 9 working hours, learn while you earn(applicable only if you work for long time), health or life insurance benefits.

Dislikes

No promotions if you are not a boot licker, appraisals are minimum, often change of work place, and sometimes transfer of work department, which will make you previous experience zero and you have to start from zero level in new department regardless of how much experience you have. Management sucks at reliance industries limited. Especially the Human Resources department. They are the goons and puppets at the hands of management.

Managers not good. Less knowledge about product and in higher position to give sales strategy to market implementation. If anything fails they wont take responsibility. Looking some others to carry over

Managers are totally illiterate they came to business by using their sources. Pressure is good but putting their failures on others head is something terrible. Zero cooperation from managers. Even after shortage of assortment they pressurise to take order's. Not able to deliver order's but still they expect that merchant have to place order. Not able to deliver product ontime. And zero job security.
