Need to switch Telecom domain to Cloud or Devops
Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom. Can I switch Devops or Cloud domain without working experience? if yes then how to start and approach the interviewer. Pls support 🙏

Company is giant but Initially hires with huge no & gives demanded salary but once project is settled or its Near to operational transfer the staff or ask to leave .Does not care about employees. Lot of politics in organisation. Person who is like ( Ha ji - Ha ji / "Chamcha" ) gets the job as most of the vacancies are fill by recommendation. Such persons can enjoy the long tenure.

Salary pay scale for the petroleum engineer is down to the other company in same business. Timing of job is 9 to 6:30 but job responsibilities keep the person engaged 24 by 7 and hampered the personal life. With time responsibility will increase but not get promotion accordingly.
